Claims can now be reported online through the Allianz Partners Claims Portal.
To do so, please click on this link. No user profile is required for filling a claim. The policy number CH409999949 relevant to you is already highlighted in grey in the link.
Please ensure that the language is set to «English (EN)».
Click directly on the continue field and complete the details required for claims processing and upload the relevant documents.
Report the claim on behalf of the credit card holder and add any additional persons affected where necessary.
Important: To expedite the processing of the claim, please upload the credit card statement, even if this document is not necessarily requested.
Policy number unintentionally deleted or changed?
Click on the link again if you have accidentally deleted or changed the policy number.
View claims processing status online/complete claim retrospectively:
After submitting the documents, you can view the processing status of your claim online at any time via the Allianz Partners Claims Portal or submit additional documents for completion and transmission. To do so, select the Track a claim / Upload document in the selection menu under this link and enter the claim number, which you received by e-mail after submitting the claim.
